Program Overview

Rather than present a one-size-fits-all approach to impacting poverty, the CY program combines powerful experiences with uniquely guided personal attention.

Several times a year, the CouldYou? program takes a project team of 7 individuals to CY’s overseas facility in Mozambique, Africa. The participants are carefully pre-screened and hand-selected in advance to create an optimally diverse traveling team. In Mozambique, participants are guided through an intense 6-day immersion, experiencing life in a local village and meeting with key members of the local community, debriefing each day with a life coach. At the end of the 6 days, the group convenes at a luxury beach resort for 2 days to debrief together and consider future plans. Any one interested in extending their stay for a 2 day luxury safari at Kruger National Park in South Africa, can do so for an additional cost.

Elements of the program include:

  • • Individual consultation by CY advisor to assess
     participant needs and expectations.
  • • A one-hour consultation with a certified life coach in
advance of the trip in order to discuss and uncover
     participant’s unique skills and passions.
  • • 6 day immersion – intense guided experience utilizing
CY's overseas facility in the city of Maputo,
     Mozambique, including tailored meetings with
     local individuals.
  • • Consultation with certified life coach during the
     immersion period.
  • • 2 days at the beach– processing the experience at
a beautiful beach resort along the incredible coastline
     of Mozambique.
  • • Upon return, 2 one-hour sessions with life coach
to further process the experience and explore
     next steps.
  • • Networking–a follow-up dinner and an annual alumni
event. Additionally, alumni will receive ongoing
support through a network of experts in various fields.

The CY experience is currently priced at $5,000, excluding airfare. $2,500 of the cost is tax deductible.
